Qualifying as a Registered Environmental Health Practitioner, allowed him to channel his expertise into supporting caterers, offering insights from someone who truly understands their world.

Craig's Fun Fact about Food Legend has it that when a Spanish ship laden with Seville oranges was stranded at Dundee’s port, grocer James Keiller bought the bitter fruit on the cheap. Unable to sell it, his wife turned it into a preserve, creating the iconic marmalade we know today.
