The half-day scores on the doors training course has been devised by Safer Food Scores to keep catering managers, executive chefs and trainers up-to-date with the latest food safety developments that will affect their business.

How is it assessed?
There is no formal assessment but you will receive a Safer Food Scores Certificate of Attendance.

What will I get out of it?
The aim of the food safety update and scores on the doors training course is to ensure you are following the latest Food Standards Agency and Health Protection Agency advice. It will help you understand the guidance that EHOs follow when deciding which score to award your business. That way you can predict your score and determine what you need to do to get a top score. You will also understand how to appeal against an unfair score and how to arrange a re-visit to be re-scored

What does it cost?£80 (plus VAT)
