  • A ‘mystery diner’ customer experience allergens audit posing as a person with food hypersensitivities which can alert senior managers to significant risks. We work with a partner company that carries these out on a nationwide basis or we can work with your existing mystery diners to ensure appropriate checks on the allergens management process are made.
